Had to wait 25 minutes for our car to be returned to us, after following the instructions of waiting to collect luggage before calling. After a long flight- not too impressed. When I called to see where the car was, I was spoken too by a rather rude individual. Wouldn’t recommend.
Almost perfect Meet and Greet service , can't fault anything starting from booking till last invoice etc. except for one thing - some delay during the departure as we waited for the pickup Drive to be free from his earlier drop-off (delay caused by previous Customer)
Took long time to pick up my car when I delivery, and when came back took even longer, I had to wait one hour to have my car back when I came, and the guy who answered the phone is so rude, he turn off the line before we complete the conversation all the time, was my first time using this service, but I will prefer use the long stay car park next time again, because long stay is quickly than this service
Excellent service. These guys took the pain of airport commute out of flying. They made it effortless for me to drop off my car and proceed with my luggage to check in when I was flying out. And I simply picked up my baggage on return and headed straight into my car. Double thumbs up!!!
Straightforward to find the parking area on the top of the multi storey car park. There was a minibus about to leave for the terminals so we were on our way within a couple of minutes. When we mentioned we were going to one of the airport hotels that evening rather than T5, we were dropped off there, much to our surprise. On returning to T5, we were picked up very promptly and taken back to our car. Will definitely use this service again when flying from Heathrow.
The price offered was great, unfortunately the meeting point when we dropped off the car wasn’t correct and not what the paperwork told us to do. We had to liaise wit the pick up driver for 30 mins to find us, so not ideal. Thankfully we were at airport in good time so that was fine. More of an issue was that we had to wait an HOUR for our car when we returned. We tried calling the office and most of the call’s wouldn’t connect and / or then went to answerphone, so completely in the dark about what was happening. Understandable if delays delivering the car - things happen - but ONLY if you keep the customer informed of what’s going on. We called as soon as out of customs - as asked - and still waited an hour... much better communication needed please and then this would be a good service.
