Collected on time on departure.
On arrival, they assumed I would arrive t1... but booking clearly stated t2..... I reconfirmed t2 including flight details, but they still assumed t1 when I called once I collected baggage; but thankfully they arrived with car on time.
All good so far. The only downside is that the drivers carpet car mat was full of mud which will require a thorough wash and clean
We used this meet and greet service for the first time from the 1st September - 9th September 2019. When we was on the way to drop the car to Manchester Airport calling 30 mins before we were due to arrive it took 31 calls before we could get through to the person collecting our vehicle (which of cause caused panic) as we didn’t know if anyone would be there. On the way back we called them as soon as we got off the plane due to the previous experience of not being able to get through which again took 11 calls to get through, at this point we had already collected our luggage and was waiting outside at 2.30am. They said they would be 25/30 mins at 2.30am, still no car by 3.15am ... we called again as our car had not been delivered (it took a further 27 calls to get through) at which again they said 30mins. Many more calls and 2 hours later our car arrives 4.14am. For the sake of £20/30 more and less stress and hassle use the ACTUAL airport parking services, as I wouldn’t recommend this company. It seems to be a one man band and they won’t drop your car until they have another car to drive back to their base in. Very bad service, customer service and attitude towards paying customers.
