No problems very efficient contacted me the day before with a phone number to contact when 15 mins from airport they were waiting for us, again on return called after picking up luggage they were less than 5 mins great

A fair service provided, although there was nothing saying about the four pound exit fee from the short stay car prk where we dropped the cr off. Driver was friendly enough and took the car after giving a receipt. I would suggest that for a more professional image possibly some knd of uniform and ID badge.

Brilliant service. Minibuses mean you don't have to wait long for pick up/drop off. Feels more personal than the big buses, and the drivers were lovely too. Highly recommend

The instructions to get there were first class, covering all directions. The staff were friendly or arrival and collection. Transfers to and from the airport as I arrived. My car was close to the office, just ready to drive away. I have used another car park where I had to go and search for it, 10.00 at night! Not great after a tiring day travelling.

I chose Cophall based on the price - half that of other options. The service we received was excellent and made it extremely good value for money. Coach transfer was quick and efficient, longest we waited was 5 mins for departure from airport back to Cophall; the coach was spotless and the driver was very polite and loaded and unloaded our bags for us.
