Short stay parking suits one- and two-night trips at Southampton Airport where you want cover without the steep on-site gate price.
Southampton Airport short stay parking pre-booked through Mobit's vetted partners starts from £7.99 per day — below the airport's official on-site Short Stay rate of £60 for up to 24 hours and £115 for two days. Your car is held in a secure, gated compound with 24/7 CCTV.
For genuinely short stops — dropping someone off — the £7 20-minute drop-off charge may be all you need; see the drop-off guide. Rates are benchmark-derived and can change; confirm at booking. Add code SAVE25 for up to 25% off.
The cheapest short stay option is a pre-booked off-site compound from £7.99 per day, beating the on-site rate. For stops under 20 minutes, the £7 drop-off charge in the Short Stay car park is cheaper still. Match the option to the length of stay: under 20 minutes, use drop-off; one to two nights, pre-book short stay; five nights or more, switch to long stay.
For a single overnight trip, short stay park & ride from £7.99 per day is cheapest, while meet and greet from £9.99 per day removes the shuttle for a small premium — useful for early flights or heavy luggage.
Just dropping off? Read the Southampton Airport Drop-off Charge guide. For trips of five nights or more, see Southampton Airport Long Stay Parking.
